This report presents the results of eight focus groups conducted by The Perspectives Group on behalf of Fairfax County between October 12 and November 2, 2005. The focus groups were conducted to identify the communities values and desired visions for the future of the Southeast Quadrant of the Bailey’s Crossroads Revitalization District. This report includes:

• Summaries of the key findings of the focus groups including the most commonly held values and visions;

• Background on revitalization and the focus group process; and,

• Appendices that include the full results of each focus group, promotional flyers, and focus group presentation materials.
